Our townhome was built in 1895, right in the heart of a historic Des Moines neighborhood. Now, the 125-year-old beauty is fully remodeled. Our building is a low-density complex with only 3 units, where you can escape from the crowded hotels and packed areas. Situated just outside of Downtown Des Moines.

Don’t forget just a short 5-minute drive to Court Ave Downtown, 3 min drive to Drake University and a 9 min drive the Airport. This unit sits across from Smokey Row Coffee for a reference point, easy access to interstate I235 too! Each living room offers comfy seating, there is even a sectional in Unit 3! There are Smart TVs in all the rooms make it easy to watch your favorite shows, just sign in.The kitchens feature brand new granite countertops and stainless appliances. You’ll feel like a five-star chef when cooking in this cozy space, and it’s fully stocked with any utensils needed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
